If you read my psychology book and you are here to comment or ask a
question, I really appreciate your participation. I look forward to responding
to you.
If you have not read my psychology book, let me tell you a little about
it, hopefully enticing you to see if it is right for you. Battling
Your Inner & Outer Bullies For A Happier Life must be under
the Self-Help category, but it is not a Self-Help book. This contradiction
has a simple explanation. I am your help! That’s my job. It’s the reason you’re
paying me. Knowing yourself and others should not be as complex as Einstein’s
theory of relativity.
Although I’m the sole author, I was not alone in this formidable endeavor
to create groundbreaking insights about human nature and relationships. It took
the wisdom of revolutionary minds across diverse fields through the centuries
to enable us to have happier lives.
By design, I blended a traditional psychology book with suggestions about
how to reduce victimizations in
our lives. Understanding how hard it is to have a happier life, and the forces
we must all fight against, I hope to be the strong wind that vanquishes your
dark clouds of gloom, oppressing your present and future dreams.
Let me be emphatic in this short presentation. I’m not in the fooling
people business. I hate fictional
psychology. I will not offer false promises and inane solutions,
like trying to fix a leaking pipe with a band-aid. All authors must generalize,
but you’ll easily personalize the major insights I present for your benefit.
When you glance at the Table of Contents, you may wonder why I included
so many topic areas. The reason—my aim is to help you achieve a happier life
and if I omit a major topic area, I leave you vulnerable to inner & outer
bullies lurking in the shadows. If a chapter doesn’t pertain directly to you,
it may pertain to people you wish to help: family, friends, and clients in
therapy.
Once you purchase my book, your Journey of
Discovery will Begin.
